a couple fixes for Exploding Kittens

I added an S keystroke to Exploding Kittens to tell who's currently won matches up until the max score. Also fixed a bug that would allow you to draw exploding kittens at the beginning of your game. Defuse cards, will also no longer show as part of your play card as they are not playable unless you draw an exploding kitten. Thanks everyone for the suggestions and bug reports. I'm so glad to see everyone enjoying the game!
