The show rules option under the main menu, as well as the prompt for RSGames rules agreeing now gives you the option to read the rules in your WebBrowser, or keep everything in the client and read the rules in a menu based format. This should allow people on the webclient to bipass the lack of WebBrowser capabilities and still read the rules.
