New Team Talk Channels Created

Team Talk channels have been created for Farkle, Rummy and Shut the Box. There is now a channel for each game on the server. For those who don't know, our Team talk server is located at rsgames.org default ports, and no username or password is required. Feel free to use it to voice chat with other players. More info on setting up Team Talk can be found in the Readme.
