added property info to asset menu for individual properties in monopoly

In monopoly, when looking at a property to build houses, or mortgage, you can now pull up certain info like how much each house will charge a player, ETC. Its basically the same info you can see when deciding to buy a house, just an easier way to access if you own the property. You do not need to own all colored properties for this to work.
