a new home for Announcements from stafff

Hello RSGames players. So originally, announcements used to live on the home screen of the client when you first log into our games. If your like me, normally, you'd just hit control, because lets be honest, that text was spammy, especially for iOS. However, in my recent attempt to clear up crazy spam things, and make things more easy, Announcements from staff are now an option on the main menu of the client, just above RSGames statistics, and below recent changes. Hopefully this will make things more helpful and easier for you the players. As always if there is anything else we can do, please feel free to submit us a suggestion, and thank you so much for playing RSGames. RyanB
