Added Surrendering and Insurance to Blackjack

Added surrendering and insurance to Blackjack. If you have 2 cards in your hand, that is, you haven't taken a hit, split, or doubled down yet, you can decide to surrender and get back half of your bet. If the dealer has an Ace showing, you can decide to take insurance and bet up to half of your original bet. If the dealer has Blackjack, that bet will pay out with 2 to 1 odds.
