Added a way to reply to private messages

You can now reply to the most recent private messages you have received. Simply press Control+F8 and one of two things will happen. If you have only received a private message from one player since logging in, you will be presented with an edit box where you can enter your reply. If you have received messages from multiple people, you will be presented with a list of these players, and can select one to reply to.
